Before buying Joe's KeyMaker log into your PayPal account and check these 3 important items;

1. Check that your PayPal account Status = Verified.

Do NOT assume that because you have had your PayPal account for a long time that it is Verified. 

Verification does NOT depend on how long you have had your PayPal account or how many purchases you have made.

If your PayPal account Status does not read Verified then there is no point in ordering any products here because your payment will simply be refunded and your order cancelled.

Having your PayPal account status Verified is easy.

You log into your PayPal account, You click on the word to the right of Status: and follow PayPal's instructions to Verify your PayPal account. 

2. Check that your PayPal registered postal address is correct.

Your order will ONLY be posted to your PayPal registered Postal Address - no exceptions to this PayPal requirement.

3. Check that your PayPal registered email address is correct and that you can receive my emails.

All email communication regarding your purchase including Activation codes will ONLY be sent and received to and from the email address registered with PayPal for that account. 

After purchasing do monitor your PayPal registered email account, it is the only way I can contact you.

If you have set up an email filter that requires others to jump through hoops to merely email you then PLEASE DO NOT order anything here. If my email to you bounces or cannot be delivered NORMALLY then your payment will be refunded and your order cancelled. 

Orders for delivery to Australia, Canada, China, France, Nigeria, Mexico or Turkey  please contact Joe by email BEFORE placing your order.

International Air Mail parcel deliveries within USA can be EXTREMELY SLOW, my parcels arrive in USA within days of being Posted from Australia. Sometimes for no apparent reason U.S. Postal Service delivery can take anything up to 30 days or longer to deliver it in USA, I have no control over that. 

If you cannot wait for U.S. Postal Service to deliver - then please do NOT place an order

Estimated Delivery Times

All goods are sent through International Air Mail 

international Air Mail packages are not given a Tracking Number. 

Deliveries to New Zealand can take around 4-6 days

Deliveries to the United Kingdom can take around 7-21 days.

Deliveries to the USA can take around 15-40 days.

Deliveries to  Europe can take around 5-40 days.   

Deliveries to South Africa usually take around 2 weeks and at times may take 3 to 4 weeks, but we don't know why. 

Deliveries to the Philippines can take up to 6 weeks. 

Deliveries to Israel can take about 21 days. 

Deliveries to India can vary greatly from 2 weeks to 2 months.  

Deliveries to some South American countries can take 2 months. These estimated times can vary dramatically.

Please remember, the above times are estimates only and at times goods will arrive sooner than even we expect. 

Joe In Australia does not use FedEx, DHL or UPS Courier services even if you provide us with your Courier Account Number, as the paperwork we have to fill out for these Courier companies takes a lot of time and effort on our part. We simply don't have the resources to be available for courier pick-ups, etc.

Customs Duty and Taxes

Import Custom Duty/Taxes if payable are your responsibility.  All Custom Declaration Forms attached to packages from Joe In Australia are clearly marked "Electronic Parts" .
